Skills & Qualifications

With sixteen years of experience as an educator within the school system and eight years of teaching on the collegiate level, has equipped me with being able to teach diverse students, utilize various effective approaches to language learning such as the communicative, project based, and inquiry approach. Currently, I am utilizing a more innovative approach by incorporating a more blended/individualized approach to learning.

My profession as an educator has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate problem-solving and communication skills. I excel at:

• Utilizing a variety of technologies and instructional methodologies in courses.

• Helping students develop talent through range of exercises, readings, and discussions.

• Maximizing in-class time to engage students, build talent, and ensure understanding.

While I am independently motivated, I appreciate collective efforts and collaborate productively within group settings. Moreover, I am competent in curriculum creation and online teaching with proficiency in individualized instruction. I develop positive relationships and rapport with my students.
