Our Mission

Having previously worked for large multi national companies. I found that all too often new contracts would be undertaken, without any working time available to provide a sufficient quality of service. When starting Fen Pest I decided that I would only undertake a contract with a company, if I was confident that I could offer the time required, to ensure a high level of service. In effect, to provide what large companies promise, but rarely deliver.

In order for us to provide this service, we ensure the number of clients that we deal with are capped. Not because, we don't want more clients, but because we won't compromise the service, that our current client base receives. Through ensuring that we have an organic growth, we are able to keep our clients happy, and hold true to our own goals.

About Fen Pest

Having spent time working as a chef in Belfast, Scotland and Austria, I eventually decided that I would try a change of career and joined the military. When my wife became pregnant, it seemed like a good time to finish playing soldiers and settle down to something a little more normal. Normal took the form of a nearby factory, involving 12 hour shifts working at a machine. It didn't take long for cabin fever to set in, and several weeks of searching for something that sounded a little less static.

Eventually, I came across an advertisement for a pest controller, which checked most of the boxes of what I was looking for. Having now worked for two multi national companies, I decided it was time to start Fen Pest.

From the offset our ethos was to always put the needs of our clients first. Through constant training and development, we are able to help clients manage pest issues, and navigate the ever increasing tangle of laws surrounding pest management.
