"Unlike the Nen Masters, some Fighters focus on the pure strength of their bodies. They endlessly train their fists and legs and study different ways to swing them. These Fighters also value traditions and formalities, which have put them at odds with more modern, practical Fighters, but even the latter group doesn't dispute the power of these Strikers, whose kicks can penetrate even the thickest Nen shield."
Striker is probably the most difficult of the Female Fighter subclasses. Her main class mechanic comes in the form of Muscle Shift, which allows her to cancel skills into other skills. At the basic level it's not that difficult, but in harder content it becomes a challenge to keep up your damage while trying not to take any. Her Super Armor buff helps lower the risk, but her bread and butter Lightning Dance skill grants her Invincibility Frames which really up her survivability. All that being said, she's fast and fun and while I don't recommend her for brand new players I do think if you're interested in Female Fighters, then you should give her a shot.

This is your main buff. Activating it increases your Critical Damage and adds hitstun to your X string against lower leveled enemies.
Level Acquired: 20
Recommended Level: MAX
Activating this gives you a Super Armor buff and increases your Physical Defense and Vitality by a considerable amount.
Striker Light Armor Mastery
Automatically acquired when advancing into a Striker. Increases maximum HP, maximum MP, MP Recovery, Hit Recovery, Strength, and Spirit while you have Light Armor equipped.
Equip Boxing Gloves
Level Acquired: 15
Recommended Level: MAX
Lets you equip Boxing Gloves and reduces the cooldown for all your skills except Awakenings by 10%.
Fatal Aim
Level Acquired: 30
Recommended Level: MAX
Increases your Physical Critical Rate, Hit Rate, and Basic & Skill Attack.
Muscle Shift
Level Acquired: 30
Recommended Level: MAX
Lets you cancel Striker skills into other Striker skills. When you do, the skill you canceled into gets bonus Skill Attack. Leveling it increases the amount of cancels, how fast they recharge, and the Skill Attack.
Stampede
Level Acquired: 50
Recommended Level: MAX
First Awakening Passive. Increases Basic & Skill Attack as well as Movement Speed while giving you a sick trail animation at your feet while you're running.
Unchained Strike
Level Acquired: 75
Recommended Level: MAX
Second Awakening Passive. Increases Skill Attack, the hitstun on Power Fist, adds a Movement Speed bonus to Super Armor and increases Muscle Shift's cancel count while decreasing the recharge time.
Extreme Resilience
Level Acquired: 100
Recommended Level: MAX
Neo: Awakening Passive. Increases Basic and Skill Attack, while also letting you apply Muscle Shift's cancel bonus from Basic and Dash attacks. Bone Crusher will also now reset the cooldown of Low Kick and fixes its Casting Speed to 20.
Level Acquired: 5
Recommended Level: SP dump
A quick low kick. Can hit downed enemies. Will do extra damage to downed enemies. Also causes a shockwave for a little bit of AoE. It's not a terrible choice to max it, but your SP is probably better spent elsewhere. TP in Low Kick increases its damage and its additional damage per downed enemy as well as its hitstun duration.
Level Acquired: 15
Recommended Level: 1
Charges forward with your fist. Holding back will keep you in place, while holding forward will make you dash further. The higher the skill level, the further you can dash. Despite that, this is better kept at level 1 for a quick move in to an enemy or out of danger. TP in Crushing Fist increases its activation speed and its damage.
Level Acquired: 25
Recommended Level: 1
A shoulder bash that can knock down enemies. Holding forward will make you dash further. Similar to Crushing Fist, best kept at 1 and used for movement. TP in Mountain Pusher increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 25
Recommended Level: MAX
A stronger low kick that can also cause slow. Like Low Kick, can hit downed enemies and causes a shockwave. After Neo: Awakening Bone Crusher will reset the cooldown of Low Kick. TP in Bone Crusher increases its activation speed and its damage.
Level Acquired: 35
Recommended Level: MAX
A short range high power punch that can be hard to land without practice. This is one of your strongest skills so you want to practice it so you don't miss it. Will also cause a shockwave if it lands. TP in One Inch Punch increases its damage and its shockwave damage while reducing its post-attack delay.
Level Acquired: 35
Recommended Level: MAX
SHORYUKEN. Pulls enemies in, performs a rising punch into the air and after reaching maximum height, slams back down. TP in Rising Fist increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 40
Recommended Level: MAX
This is your best skill bar-none. You should definitely get a Skill Title for this one. Kicks the enemy in front of you and then jumps from enemy to enemy, hitting each one. Against a single enemy, will hit it multiple times. The damage is high and the cooldown is low, which means its DPS potential is very high. It also has Invincibility Frames which means the more you throw this out, the easier it is to survive. TP in Lightning Dance increases its damage and its movement distance.
Level Acquired: 45
Recommended Level: 1
Basically Chun-li's Lightning Kick. You can move forward while kicking and mash the attack key to deliver the kicks faster. Alternatively, you can hit Z to immediately move to the finisher. Unfortunately, its damage is just not worth it. Leave it at 1 to cancel out of it. TP in Beat Drive increases its damage and accelerates its kick speed.
Level Acquired: 50
Recommended Level: MAX
First Awakening Active. Holds you in place and pulls enemies in so you can kick them with the world's strongest low kick. You can mash the attack key to pull enemies in faster. Press Z to perform the kick or wait until the time expires and it will be performed automatically. In end game content, you likely won't be able to actually pull enemies in so if you're going to use it, then make sure to position yourself accordingly. Has Invincibility Frames.
Level Acquired: 60
Recommended Level: MAX
As the name implies, it's a more powerful version of Crushing Fist. Has a bit of a wind up and then releases to hit enemies and cause a shockwave. Just like Crushing Fist, you can adjust where you go with the arrow keys. TP in Powerful Crushing Fist increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 70
Recommended Level: MAX
A four-hit combo that starts with a sweep that will knock enemies into the air if they're able to be launched. Also causes shockwaves. TP in Chain Assault increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 75 (Requires Second Awakening)
Recommended Level: MAX
ORAORAORA. A flurry of punches that finishes with an upward crescent kick. You can change your movement direction with the arrow keys.
Level Acquired: 80 (Requires Second Awakening)
Recommended Level: MAX
A three-hit jumping kick that you can hold the forward key down for to move further. It also does technically count as a jump so you can use it to jump over certain mechanics.
Level Acquired: 85
Recommended Level: MAX
Second Awakening Active. Pulls enemies in and releases with a massive punch. Similar to Kihop Low Kick, enemies in higher leveled content won't be pulled in, but unlike Kihop Low Kick this skill has a massive shockwave range so you don't need to be too concerned about missing it. Has Invincibility Frames.
Level Acquired: 95 (Requires Neo: Awakening)
Recommended Level: MAX
Similar to Lightning Dance, but moves more slowly and has less kicks. Each kick will cause a shockwave and the final kick will always target the strongest character in the room. If there's only one enemy, then all the kicks will target that enemy. You can press the Jump key to cancel the skill animation. Has Invincibility Frames.
Level Acquired: 100
Recommended Level: MAX
Neo: Awakening Active. Jumps up and kicks a boulder into smithereens, hitting the whole room. Recently had its animation updated and looks so much cooler, so enjoy it. Has Invincibility Frames.

Deadly Punch
Recommended
Punch attack range +100%
Attack +15%
Shock wave size +50%
Additional attack +18%
Reasoning: One Inch Punch is easily one of your strongest skills. It's not quite as strong as Lightning Dance, but it's up there. This talisman helps you land it much more easily with the extra range, increases the shockwave to help it hit other things, and increases attack. Definitely worth picking up.
Sonic Dance
Recommended
Move count +4
Attack +16%
Cooldown -15%
Moving range +30%
Additional attack bonus +15%
Reasoning: I obviously sound like a broken record at this point, but Lightning Dance is what you want. Always. More movements, more power, and lower CD? It's delicious.
Tiger Rush
Preference
The 1st attack now sleeps and herds enemies.
Additional attack count +15
The Up and Down keys can be used additionally.
1st attack attack -36%
Additionally increases enemy-herding range.
Enables additional key inputs in between 1st attack moves.
Hit the Attack key repeatedly to increase attack speed.
Enter Jump to instantly skip to the 2nd attack.
1st attack attack -17% instead.
Reasoning: This talisman is preference, but personally I like it a lot. In trash rooms it'll help you gather up the mobs much more easily, but against single targets it helps you get the damage out faster because you can mash the attack key to increase its speed.
Chain Assault Dynamo
Preference
The ground-sweeping attack, punches, and kicks Hold enemies.
Attack +14%
The sweeping attack doesn't inflict damage and pulls its targets to your front.
Sweeping range +100%
Additional punching and kicking attack +28%
Reasoning: This is another preference talisman. Chain Assault is a pretty strong skill and this talisman helps you land it better in certain content because it'll pull enemies towards you now. I'm not a huge fan, but if you like it, then get it.
Crushing Fist Annihilator
Preference
Generates a shock wave, even if you miss your target.
Attack +10%
Shock wave size +50%
Additional attack +18%
Reasoning: This one's another preference. It's pretty self explanatory: it'll make a shockwave even if you miss. So it makes Powerful Crushing Fist a little bit easier to land. Personally, I don't think it's that hard to land in the first place and I think the other talismans are a better choice.
Thrashing Kick
Not Recommended
Ground-sweeping and 2nd/3rd attacks deleted.
Instantly moves to and attacks the strongest enemy in 450px in front.
Roundhouse kick attack +46%
Tracking range +150px
Additional roundhouse kick attack +20%
Reasoning: This basically turns your Shadowless Kick into something more akin to Male Striker's Dragon Kick. But it's also auto-tracking. The other talismans have better quality of life and damage.
Superior Beat
Not Recommended
Kicking attack speed +100%
Kick max-hit count +10
Kicks always achieve the max speed and max hit count without you having to hit the Attack key.
The finishing attack is auto-cast.
Kick attack -23%
Kick movement speed +100%
Finishing attack +21%
Reasoning: It's Beat Drive. Stop it. No.
Your choice of Rune will change depending on which skill you want to invest your damage into. You should coordinate this with your Skill Title and your Weapon Avatar, but the colors will always be the same. You want Terra Cotta and Second Pact for the damage increases and Guardians for the Cooldown reduction. For Striker, Lightning Dance is just too good. One Inch Punch is a decent second option or temporary option, but you should most definitely aim for Lightning Dance.
I have a Lightning Dance Skill Title and Weapon Avatar, so I Runed for Lightning Dance.

Please note: These enchants are my suggestions based on what are best, but they won't always be as affordable. Something important to know is that there are Golden Beryl beads for every equipment slot, but personally I only find them worth it for the ones I listed. Also, Nen shouldn't struggle with Critical Rate, but if you do need it, then you can replace your Belt or Shoes enchant with the dual Intelligence/Magical Critical Rate enchants.
