"Certain Suju-based Fighters find and study Nen flowing in people's body and walk the path of the Nen Master. These Fighters materialize their Nen into globes or concentrate it into their fists and legs and swing them to inflict damage. They may be small and delicate, but they can knock down gigantic monsters with a single punch to the head."
Now what does that mean in English? When you advance into a Nen Master, you essentially become a Magic Qi Fighter. You can now shoot energy blasts from your hands! Your buff, Stimulating Breath, makes you faster and you get more survivability in the forms of Spiral Nen, Nen Guard, and Tiger Flash. A lot of her buffs also apply to the party which makes her a valuable Support as well. She's a great place to start delving into Female Fighters.

My Recommended Build
Level Acquired: 15
Recommended Level: MAX
This is your main buff. Activating it increases your Basic and Skill Attack while also imbuing your own and your party's weapons with Light Attribute.
Level Acquired: 20
Recommended Level: MAX
Activating this increases your Magic Defense, Light Resistance, Attack Speed, and Casting Speed. These buffs also apply to your party, however the Attack And Casting Speed are fixed at 15%.
Level Acquired: 30
Recommended Level: MAX
A toggleable buff that will auto-generate balls of Nen that circle your character. Each ball increases your Physical Defense and your Skill Attack. After Neo: Awakening, they will also auto-target enemies on attack for a small burst of damage.
Tiger Flash: Nen Creature of Light
Level Acquired: 40
Recommended Level: MAX
Activates automatically when entering a dungeon. Changes your Basic Attack String, Jump Attacks, and Dash Attacks to a Magic Attack. The final hit of your Basic Attack String, Jump Attacks, and Dash Attacks will also inflict Shock. While active, this will also increase your own and your party's Movement Speed, Physical Defense, and Magic Defense.
Nen Master Cloth Armor Mastery
Automatically acquired when advancing into a Nen Master. Increases maximum HP, maximum MP, MP Recovery, Casting Speed, Magical Critical Chance, and Intelligence when Cloth Armor is equipped.
Nen Sense
Automatically acquired when advancing into a Nen Master. Increases your resistance to the Blind status effect while also increasing the chance that Nen Shot will cause Shock.
Light Affinity
Automatically acquired when advancing into a Nen Master. Increases your Light Resistance by 20, but reduces your Shadow Resistance by 10.
Level Acquired: 20
Recommended Level: 0 or MAX
Allows you to charge Nen Shot into a concentrated cannon. This increases its size and range, allows it to pass through enemies, and grants it a higher Shock chance. You should max this if you're running a low level build. You could even max it if you're not running that build just to be able to shoot Nen Cannon through enemies and shock them, but I find myself not using it at all so I dropped it altogether.
Level Acquired: 20
Recommended Level: MAX
Increases Doppelganger cooldown, but causes the clones to explode on contact, dealing Light damage. TP in this skill will add more clones. After Neo: Awakening, holding the Doppelganger skill's hotkey will cause them to close in on an enemy and detonate on it simultaneously.
Floating Nen Flowers
Level Acquired: 50
Recommended Level: MAX
First Awakening Passive. They circle around your body and disperse after you get hit, causing you to receive no damage. Basically, a free hit every 30 seconds. They also increase your Magical Critical Chance, Magical Critical Attack, and Casting and Movement Speeds.
Level Acquired: 60
Recommended Level: MAX
Increases Nen Guard's size and HP while also healing your and your party members' HP and reflecting damage at enemies. Very useful in harder content. After Second Awakening, you can charge your cast of Ultimate Nen Guard and then destroy it (using the Jump key) to create mobile mini-Nen Guards around you and your party members.
Level Acquired: 75
Recommended Level: MAX
Second Awakening Passive. Enables you to charge your skills, granting them different effects like size and range increases. Charging a skill grants Super Armor for 3 seconds and generates an orb above your head, up to a maximum of 3. If you're already at 3, charging a skill will renew the duration of the orbs. Each orb increases your Basic and Skill Attack as well as your Attack Speed. Entering a dungeon automatically grants you 3 orbs.
Fortitude of Nen
Level Acquired: 100
Recommended Level: MAX
Neo: Awakening Passive. Increases Basic and Skill Attack, while also causing the aforementioned changes to Doppelganger Blast and Spiral Nen.
Level Acquired: 10
Recommended Level: MAX
Creates clones of yourself that can distract low level enemies and block some projectiles. Leveling this up increases the amount of clones. As a standalone skill it's not worth using, but Doppelganger Blast is why you max this.
Level Acquired: 15
Recommended Level: 1
The quintessential Nen Master skill where you shoot Nen from your hands. Unfortunately, it's not too fantastic. However, if you run a low level build with Gray Cat Stone and Rhombus Earrings, you should max this. TP in Nen Shot increases its damage and causes it to auto-track to enemies.
Level Acquired: 15
Recommended Level: SP Dump
A spinning ball of Nen that will pull enemies in towards it. Holding forward when you throw it lets you control how far it's thrown. Max it if you're running the aforementioned low level build, but otherwise use it as your SP dump as it still does decent DPS otherwise. Can be charged for a Nen Orb and charging it increases its range and gathering strength. TP in Nen Bead increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 25
Recommended Level: MAX
Creates a bubble to protect you and your friends. Not taking damage is always good. TP in Nen Guard will increase its max HP. Use it as a TP dump. Does not have Invincibility Frames until the Nen Guard is formed. You can be canceled out of this skill if you're hit at the very beginning.
Level Acquired: 25
Recommended Level: 1
A dash forward. Holding forward lets you adjust the distance you go. Actually has pretty decent DPS, but is a pain to use. At the end of the dash is an explosion where all the damage is. Against low level enemies it's not a huge deal because you'll drag them with you. Against anything with Super Armor though you'll just dash past them without proper positioning. Only worth maxing if you're taking the low level build. Otherwise, just take 1 level for the dash utility. TP in Storm Bolt increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 30
Recommended Level: MAX
Shoot two blasts of Nen forward that Shocks enemies and deals damage to anything in the path. This skill is one of your strongest and a must max regardless of what build you're running. This is a good option for a Skill Damage title. Can be charged for a Nen Orb and charging it increases its size. TP in Spiralwyrm increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 35
Recommended Level: MAX
A 360° AoE around you that deals damage and can Stun enemies. In 110 cap content, it will only Stun enemies who have been Neutralized. Can be charged for a Nen Orb and charging it increases its range. TP in Lion's Roar increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 40
Recommended Level: MAX
Shoots a large ball of Nen in front of you inflicting Light damage and Shocks enemies. Can be charged for a Nen Orb. TP in Energy Shield increases its multi-hit count, which in essence is just a straight damage increase.
Level Acquired: 45
Recommended Level: 1
Gives you Super Armor and roots you in place while you shoot a dragon out of your hand that you can control the path of. Alternatively, you can press the Jump key to detonate the dragon and deal its remaining damage immediately. Dragon's damage is not worth the SP investment, so leave it at level 1. You want to detonate it immediately because the time spent controlling it is not worth it. It's also a useful skill for triggering the effect of Forward to the Future shoes as it has a CD longer than 40 seconds. Plus you're not sacrificing damage using it first since it's only level 1. Can be charged for a Nen Orb. TP in Raging Light Dragon increases its damage and increases the distance you can control it.
Level Acquired: 50
Recommended Level: MAX
First Awakening Active. Drops 5 flower buds on the ground that need to be charged with Light damage to fully bloom. Once they're bloomed, they can be detonated manually or will detonate automatically after 20 seconds to deal damage. Most First Awakening Actives aren't really used anymore after Neo: Awakening unless you're in a long fight and you can reliably use both. Make sure your Neo: Awakening is tied to this. Note: There's a small time frame (<1s) where the flower buds can be destroyed if they're not charged. So if you're using this, make sure to use it at a safe time where you won't waste it. Also be sure to position well because once they're down they can't be moved.
Level Acquired: 60
Recommended Level: MAX
Leaps into the air and shoots a barrage of dragons at the ground, then follows up with a large dragon as a finisher which brings you back to the ground. Can be used in mid-air and is a good skill to use after using Brilliant Nen. This is a decent option for a Skill Damage title. TP in Dragon Fury increases its attack.
Level Acquired: 70
Recommended Level: MAX
Another 360° AoE around you that inflicts Light damage. It can also remove status effects on you and your party members while also increasing Hit Rate and Evasion by 10%. This buff lasts 30 seconds. Can be charged for a Nen Orb and charging it increases its range. TP in Lion's Grand Roar increases its damage.
Level Acquired: 75 (Requires Second Awakening)
Recommended Level: MAX
Shoots clones forward and then causes a large explosion that does Light damage which you follow into. Holding forward makes you dash further. If the explosions make contact with enemies, they heal your party members a fixed amount of HP. This does not heal you. You can press the Jump key to skip to the final explosion, but you shouldn't. Can be charged for a Nen Orb and charging it increases the firing speed of the clones, explosion size, and casting speed of the skill as a whole.
Level Acquired: 80 (Requires Second Awakening)
Recommended Level: MAX
Consumes your current Nen Orbs to shoot a massive laser in front of you that deals damage proportionally according to the amount of Nen Orbs consumed. However, if you charge Nen Implosion itself the Nen Orbs will not be consumed. This is a good option for a Skill Damage title.
Level Acquired: 85
Recommended Level: MAX
Second Awakening Active. Jumps in the air and forms a giant ball of Nen energy that explodes to deal damage and Shock enemies. Can be charged for a Nen Orb and charging it increases its damage and explosion range. Note: Brilliant Nen used to have infinite range. This isn't the case anymore. While it's still pretty large it does have its limits so make sure you're in range. Has Invincibility Frames.
Level Acquired: 95 (Requires Neo: Awakening)
Recommended Level: MAX
Charges forward with clones and attacks simultaneously with them in a zig-zag pattern that finishes in an explosion. You cannot control the dash distance so proper positioning is crucial. Has Invincibility Frames.
Astral Penetration - Nen Dragons
Level Acquired: 100
Recommended Level: MAX
Neo: Awakening Active. Hits the whole screen with a massive attack. Enjoy the dragon dance. Has Invincibility Frames.

Giant berserk dragon attack +180%
Giant berserk dragon size +20%
Additional giant berserk dragon attack bonus +42%
Reasoning: This talisman funnels all of Dragon Fury's damage into the final hit. The reason you want this is because bosses in end game don't stay in one place for very long, which means it's easy to miss all the hits. If it's just one big final hit, it's much easier to land.
Illusive Implosion
Recommended
No longer consumes Nen orbs.
Nen implosion thickness +30%
Attack +11%
Creates 2 clones and makes them cast Nen Implosion in your stead.
Additional attack +15%
Reasoning: This talisman is a must have because of the clones casting the skill for you. Less animation lock for you means more time for you to cast other skills. Plus, with additional thickness it makes it even easier to land and buffing the damage of one of you strongest skills is always a good thing.
Energy Release: Swift
Recommended
Shoots the energy shield.
Energy shield projectile attack range +20%
Energy shield projectile size +30%
Attack +22%
Reasoning: You want this talisman for a similar reason you want the Nen Implosion one. Energy Shield's animation lock sucks. Not being rooted in place and being able to shoot Energy Shield from a distance is actually a Godsend. And a lifesaver sometimes too.
Sage Illusion
Not Recommended
The illusion explodes after penetrating enemies and traveling the maximum distance.
Your character no longer charges.
Attack +15%
Illusion charging distance -20%
Illusion explosion range +30%
Additional attack +18%
Reasoning: This talisman barely even does anything. I guess not charging forward is nice, but you can get the same "benefit" (if you can even call it that) by just timing the skill use appropriately so dashing forward doesn't murder you. Also, sometimes going through enemies is more of a hindrance than a benefit.
Earth's Roar
Not Recommended
Instead of stunning enemies, holds them for 3 seconds after the Nen explosion.
Attack +15%
Always achieves the maximum range without Nen Compress.
Additional attack bonus +21%
Reasoning: Once upon a time this talisman was really good. In 100 cap you could build completely around Lion's Roar so that made this talisman a must-have. But now that's not a thing anymore and the Neutralize Gauge means the hold effect doesn't even do anything.

Multi-hit attack -38%

Multi-hit count +2

Ally movement speed +5% effect added to Party Synergy effects
Reasoning: This one's just pretty mediocre. The other talismans just blow it out of the water so this isn't worth using.
Spiral Point Reflection
Not Recommended
Creates two Nen dragons (black and white).
The white dragon moves in the direction of your arrow key and the black dragon moves vertically in the opposite direction.
Attack +9%
The Nen dragons move on their own and can't be controlled. You can move and attack in 3 seconds after the dragons appear. The dragons auto-explode after their duration.
Additional Attack +12%
Reasoning: Hahaaaaaaaaa this thing's trash. I mean, just look at the video. It's a cool idea I guess? But poor execution.
Your choice of Rune will change depending on which skill you want to invest your damage into. You should coordinate this with your Skill Title and your Weapon Avatar, but the colors will always be the same. You want Terra Cotta and Second Pact for the damage increases and Guardians for the Cooldown reduction. Commonly referred to as "PBR" in the community. For Nen Master, Spiralwyrm or Nen Implosion are definitely the better choices, but if you get a 60 Skill Title & Weapon Avatar, Dragon Fury isn't bad either.
I have a Spiralwyrm Skill Title so I Runed for Spiralwyrm.

Please note: These enchants are my suggestions based on what are best, but they won't always be as affordable. Something important to know is that there are Golden Beryl beads for every equipment slot, but personally I only find them worth it for the ones I listed. Also, Nen shouldn't struggle with Critical Rate, but if you do need it, then you can replace your Belt or Shoes enchant with the dual Intelligence/Magical Critical Rate enchants.
