I’ve partnered across the globe with all levels of management (C-Suite, Executive, Supporting Managers, DEI, ESG, ERG, and People Team Leadership) to execute their EX vision and support change management activities as we had experienced rapid growth from 2.4k to 3.7k employees during COVID-19.
Through this partnership, we were able to not only maintain our reputation for being a Great Place to Work 6 years in a row in the United States and for our 2nd year in Ireland, India, Germany, and the UK–but we also:
Increased employee sentiment by 3.5%
Increased company engagement to 99%, and
Implemented sustainable systems and protocol to help support this even as the company is currently changing hands. This programming included:Â
Coaching workshops
Leadership seminars
Guest speaker events
Manager development programs
Employee empowerment
Career development workshops for growth & performance
Safe space and community calls for building psychological safety
Partnership with all stakeholders as we continued to build the next phase of our company culture together.
I have hosted over 50 events in my 2 years, averaging 2 events per month. To the left are a small sample of events I've coordinated in 2023. Below is a limited view of the analytics I used to measure results and advise our teams on how we could strive for excellence in planning the next events.
In 2021, I was hired to help grow the adoption of our intranet solution with Simpplr, which we called theSource, to support our new hybrid working environment. A screenshot can be found to the left.
In just a few short months, I:
Increased our adoption and engagement to 99%
Reduced the amount of company-wide emails by over 87 million.
As of Q1 2023, these changes had saved an average of 250k work hrs per person.
Our success was so astounding that I have been invited and featured as an industry speaker and client success story with Simpplr at their annual conferences and user groups to present our case study.
A recording of our most recent presentation along with metrics of our impact can be found here and embedded below.
The day after learning my role would also be affected by the Coupa restructuring layoffs, I sprung into action to organize and share resources with as many Coupa Alumni, Coupanians, and Supporting Managers impacted by the news as possible in order to provide support during this time of transition.
Highlights:
Within 1 day, I created a Slack Workplace called Felicity's Forum, with recurring 2x week meetings via Google Meet. We had 24 members on Day 1 & 50 by EOW. Our first call had 16 attendees.
Within 1 week:
We grew to over 100 members, and had 20 individuals join our second call (+25% attendance).
I have a finalized events calendar thru mid-July featuring industry leaders as guest speakers.
I received over 70k impressions since the news and now have over 5k followers on LinkedIn.
What is Felicity's Forum? This free communication platform and meeting series brings together Coupa Alumni who were impacted by the layoffs, Current Coupanians who are still remaining at Coupa, and industry leaders looking to offer their support on:
Internal Referrals
Interview Prep
Networking
Resume Reviews
Tips and Tricks
And much more.
A sample of resources (CA EDD Recertification guide & supplemental job tracker) that I have personally created for this channel can be found to the left.
I am unable to share samples of my professional work due to active Intellectual Property, Non-Disclosure, and Information Security agreements. However, I can share some highlights as well as an Engagement Newsletter Sample--this is similar to the newsletters I had created internally as we were a Microsoft Office-based company and utilized Sway for our newsletters.
During my time at Accenture, I:
Supported rapid portfolio growth of our largest Trust & Safety Client from a 38-person pilot to >2.4k people worldwide. I personally staffed over 60% of the project with a 90% conversion rate.
Led L&D, employee experience, and career development sessions for >12k global employees. Many of those I supported continued on to be promoted within Accenture, converted to FTEs at our largest clients, or left to found their own successful ventures. (I feel like a proud mama hen.)
Specialized in supporting employees from:
Consulting (Management, Technical, and Industry)
Operations
