My name's Felicity Lau (she/her). I'm an Employee Experience Professional specialized in creating award-winning company cultures for technology companies since 2014.

I'm an SF local, born and raised. I've been a top performer since my days in academia and am a proud alum of our local public schools:

• Lowell High School

• San Francisco State University.

I graduated from SF State with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (International Business) and a minor in Japanese, cum laude and honors with a perfect track record of eight full semesters on the Dean's List--all while juggling multiple part time jobs and volunteering at various non-profit organizations . I was initiated into Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honors Association. 

I graduated from Penn State on May 7th - 9th, 2021 with a Masters in Professional Studies and Certification in International Human Resources and Employment Relations (duo-degree/certification program) at the top of my class with a 4.0 GPA and honors as a Phi Kappa Phi member. My initiation into this prestigious honors society took place April 16th, 2021.

Additional achievements and highlights included:

• Being 1 out of 26 students accepted to the competitive study abroad program (Dublin).

I believe in the power of continuous learning and have been awarded certifications with Accenture x Cornell University, Accenture x Josh Bersin Academy, Accenture for Workday (recognized as an All Star and Hero), and as a Coupa Rising Star (an exclusive program for career development of high performers).

My career started at Accenture, where I carried many roles over the year as a People Manager, HR Partner, Culture Coach, and I&D Champion supporting North America Communications, Media, and High Technology (CMT) and Software and Platforms (S&P) Operations clients, inclusive of Fortune 500 accounts, high-growth clients, and piloting the trust & safety space.

Previously, I worked at Coupa as a Sr. Employee Experience Manager. I specialized in helping engage, motivate and inspire Coupanians/Coupanions with a global employee experience strategy centered on Coupa values and culture.
