This independently created website demonstrates my mastery of five core principles outlined in the Principles for Online Quality Teaching. I draw upon evidentiary work and my experiences from the following four classes: Humanizing Online Teaching; Equity & Culturally Responsive Teaching; Online Dynamic Teaching; and Digital Citizenship. The principles spotlight my teaching strengths and commitment to help all California community college students' succeed.
Each principle begins with a reflection, looking back on my progress throughout each course, and ponders future goals for my continued growth as an educator. Three to four pieces of evidence are included to support and justify mastery of each principle, ranging from individual projects and assignments, discussion posts, and self-produced videos.
