Chain of Command

Command are in charge of the battalion, making sure it stays intact and troopers don't get out of line.
Command oversees the operations of their respective battalion, managing low command and under.
They look to find ways to improve their battalions and look to add things that could prove useful to the Republic. They oversee subunits, and anything that gets changed in their battalion such as kit, jobs, etc.

Low command are to be active and do flag ups for events and activity
Low command assist with keeping officers in line
LTCOL+ are to assist command with roster updates

Officers are to keep good activity within the battalion
Officers must lead troopers in events if there are no command on and step up to lead as GC.
Officers are to also hold activities within the battalion such as SIMs, patrols, trainings, passive RP, anything to help increase activity within the battalion.
Officers are to promote enlisted/NCOs that do well during missions and events, and not just based on activity but also based on how well they do in the battalion.

NCOs are to hold tryouts so they bring in new recruits into the 501st
NCOs may also hold SIMs to help assist officers with activities
NCOs are to be active and represent the 501st, for they are role models in the battalion

Enlisted are expected to learn day to day operations within 501st

Enlisted are encouraged to ask questions and to learn their limits for their rank

Enlisted is the foundation of all battalions and should maintain the standards of their respective battalions
