Strike Policy

All Rancor Personnel will have a limit of 3 strikes, Strikes are received for Bad Behavior, General Disrespect, Repeated Offenses, and Complaints from other Battalions. Some Examples consist of: Purposefully trying to ruin a GM's Event, Being Rude to fellow Players/Troopers (Rather that be In Game, or Discord) regardless of how your day is going, or Generally being a problem to other battalions when they've asked you to previously stop.

Warning: You cannot be promoted for 5 days and will be removed in 2 weeks

Strike One: Documented on the roster and will be removed after 2 weeks.

Strike Two: Demotion and a 1 week Do-Not-Promote

Strike Three: Removal from the Battalion, and a DNT starting at 1 month minimum
