On certain adjustments, a We Care Gift Card is offered assumptively to our customers. 

Instructions 

When prompted, offer the We Care Gift Card and include two benefits. 

Suggested scripting: 

“Mr./ Mrs. Customer, I have made an adjustment for you. You will receive a We Care Gift Card in the amount of $8.00 which can be used on your next order from our print media (catalog) or website.” 

Details 

• If the customer declines gift card, credit will be issued back to the original method of payment 

• You can issue the credit to a different credit card if requested 

• Minimum of $5.00 

• Never expires 

• Visible in the system for 90 days 

• May be used with any brand 

• Transferable 

• Will be emailed if the email address is on file
