Description 

This option allows you to void a gift card and return credit back to the original method of payment. 

Instructions 

Access the customer’s gift card information through the customer’s panel by clicking on “View Customer’s Gift Cards”. To void the gift card, click on the trashcan icon

The credit will default back to the original method of payment used on the order. The customer has the option to have the credit refunded to a different PLCC or a major credit card. 

Details 

• The “Full Amount” option should only be selected when a Service Failure has occurred 

• Gift card can only be voided in the brand it was issued
