Description 

All unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of ship date. We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense for a new size, color, or different item. 

Instructions 

• Drop off at Happy Returns Bar 

• Customers will receive a QR code via email to use when dropping off at a designated location. If the order is refunded to the method of payment, there will be a 10.99 fee deduction. If the order is refunded in the form of a gift card/ E-gift card there is no return fee 

• Prepaid Return Label (No upfront postage needed) 

• Customers will be sent a return label to print out using our Happy Returns Portal. If the order is refunded to the method of payment, there will be a 10.99 fee deduction. If the order is refunded in the form of a gift card/ E-gift card there is no return fee 

• Return purchasing their own shipping label (No Fee Deduction) 

• Order will be refunded to the original method of payment 

• If a gift card was used, a refund check will be mailed to the customer's billing address 

• If the order was paid partially with an FBB gift-card/reward certificate, the refund will be credited to the credit card used to place the order
