Description 

The product lookup panel is used to enter item numbers, select sizes and colors, view details of an item, purchase gift cards, and enter promotional codes. 

Instructions 

After you click the new order button, GUI will direct you to the product lookup panel. You will start keying in item numbers under the item number field. Select a size and color and click “Add to Cart”. 

Details 

• The exclamation point (triangle) indicator means the item can be reserved 

• To check the reserve date, hover over the exclamation point next to the price of the item. If the customer does not want to reserve the item, offer an alternative item 

• The exclamation point (circle) indicator means there is a limited quantity 

• To check the quantity, hover over the exclamation point next to the price of the item 

• Unavailable items will be represented by a no sign symbol 

• Check for Alternate Items
