Description 

This option is used when a customer wants to open a pre-approved offer, without placing an order. 

Instructions 

To open the credit card, click on the dollar amount in the carousel. Read the script verbatim. You will need to request the last four numbers of Social Security Number, date of birth, and a phone number.
