Description 

A prompt will appear if the customer is pre-approved for a Private Label Credit Card. 

Instructions 

After you click select payment, the system will prompt you to read an offer script for the credit card. The offer must be read verbatim, and you will also need to include two (2) approved benefits in your offer. 

If the customer declines the initial offer, the system will prompt you to read a rebuttal script verbatim. 

If the customer accepts your offer, GUI will prompt an acceptance script that must be read verbatim. You will need to request the last four numbers of their Social Security number, date of birth, and phone number from the customer.
