Description 

This process is used to exchange item(s) over the phone. 

Instructions 

To exchange an item, check mark the item(s) box, click on “Check Item Options”, then from the drop-down menu select exchange. You will be directed automatically to a new order. 

Details 

• Exchanges can only be processed within 60 days of the ship date 

• Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shien, Kohls, Target, Macys, or Nordstrum cannot be exchanged 

• PayPal orders can be exchanged over the phone with a new method of payment 

• Check/money order exchanges can only be fulfilled by filling out the back of the exchange form 

• The original price (Your Price) will be honored 

• Promotional codes cannot be added to the exchange order 

• The credit card information will carry over to the new order; however, always request the full credit card number and expiration date
