Description 

This process should be followed when the customer is inquiring about mail in orders paid for with a check or money order.  

Instructions 

If the customer is calling about a mail in order inquiry, send an email to oa@fbbrands.com  

• Checking if an order was received/processed 

• Orders may be on hold by Order Admin 

• Request to cancel cash order (check/money order) 

• TC – (Temporary Charge) questions or concerns 

Details 

Obtain the following information to be included in your email:

• Brand (Division)  

• Customer information  

• Check/Money Order Number 

• The amount sent in  

• Date cashed if applicable
