Description 

An operator reminder will be created for the following: 

• Mail a copy of an invoice from previous years orders 

• To cancel the Fullbeauty Shopper’s Club membership  

• Adjust pricing on an exchange if pricing does not match the original order  

• Refund a canceled CASH backorder 

• Honor discount for opening PLCC if it is not reflecting  

• Honor promotional code if advised with 24 hours of placing order 

• Resend a free gift that was missing on original order 

• Honor the sale price for back-order items that were part of a Deal Promotions

Instructions 

• Add a memo by clicking on the “Add” button, then select “Operator Reminder”. 

• In the “Reminder Date” select today’s date 

• In the “Reminder To” type in your Supervisor ID  

•  “Reminders to” also include 

• Associate Reminders – Providing post-order support for the customer personally 

• Mix Shipment – Reporting when customers receive the incorrect items twice  

• B/O In Process -  Orders that have not shipped and have been inprocess for longer than 6 consecutive days 

• Hazardous Materials – Provide information to executive communication on issues or reporting poor quality of items
