• Mail a copy of an invoice

• To cancel the Fullbeauty Shopper’s Club membership

• Adjust pricing on an exchange if pricing does not match the original order

• Refund a canceled CASH backorder

• Honor $10.00 discount for opening PLCC if it is not reflecting

• Resend a free gift that was missing on original order

• When a customer wants to cancel the Member Rewards Program
