Description 

A memo is a written message used to keep a record of actions on a customer's file. 

Instructions 

To view memos, click on the customer memos icon       

To add a memo, click on “Add” from the top left corner of the memo list. To edit your own memo, click the pencil under the edit column. Use the trashcan icon to delete your memos.
