Instructions 

Inform your customer if an item is shipping from a third-party brand. This will be specified under the item number and the product lookup box. Also, a truck symbol will be displayed in your cart. 

Details 

• The pause sign in your cart indicates that this item is not eligible for Express, Expedited, Next Business Day, or Saturday delivery 

• Disclosing that an item is being shipped directly from a third-party brand is a QA requirement 

• Items may be shipped in separate packages 

• Third-party brand items are not eligible for promotional codes
