Description 

The Item Lookup option is used to verify availability of an item. This option can be used without accessing a customer's file. 

Instructions 

To lookup an item, click on “IL”. Key in the item number, select the size, color, and then add to cart. 

If the customer does not place an order, use the “End Call” button. If the customer does place an order, use the “FC” option to locate the customer's information and start the ordering process.
