Description 

This option is used when entering a new customer into the system.  

Instructions 

To add a new customer, select the “Match CD” option under the find customer. Key in the customer’s first name, last name, and zip code then press search. 

When the no customer found message appears, click on “Add” to enter the customer's information. 

Details 

• Verify address and spelling if the address is invalid 

• Click on “Bypass” to override an invalid address if necessary 

• Inform your customer that the address may not be deliverable
