This process should be followed when the customer is calling back to add a coupon on an in process/processed order

Instructions

Verify the customer’s order to determine if there were any additional coupons on the order.

Details

• Promotional codes not added to the order cannot be added to in process/ processed orders

• The customer is welcome to use the coupon on a future order

• If a customer is irate, offer to place an exchange for the same items with the promotional code added.
