The customer search box provides options to locate a customer.
Instructions
Select a search option by clicking on the box when the customer's information does not populate automatically on the screen.
Details
PID/Yellow Box – Yellow Box
Match CD – First, Last name, Zip Code
Phone - Look up by the phone number
Invoice - Look up by customer invoice number
Confirm - Look up by the order confirmation number
The reset button will clear all search fields
