Description 

All unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of ship date. We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense for a new size, color, or different item. 

Exchanges exclude items shipped directly from third-party brands, items purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shien, Kohls, Target, Macys, Nordstrum , or using PayPal. 

Exchange process over the phone: 

1. A new order will be placed over the phone, a method of payment is required 

2. The customer will return the items to FULLBEAUTY Brands, and a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment  

3. New items will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days from shipment date 

Exchange process through the mail: 

1. Instruct the customer to fill out the exchange form and return the items 

2. Customers will be refunded to their original method of payment once the items are received (2 weeks) 

3. A new order will be placed, and the original method of payment will be charged 

Note: Exchanges through the mail may take up to three weeks to be processed
