Description 

This option is used when a customer needs to modify an order before processing. 

Instructions 

To edit an open order, click on the number next to the “O” for open orders. This should direct you to a list of open orders for the customer. Access the order by clicking “Edit”. 

Details 

• Do not access an open order 10 minutes prior to processing time:

• 8:30 AM EST (6:30 MST) & 3 PM EST (1 PM MST) 

• To view the details of an order, click on the invoice number (000-000-000) 

• View the items, sizes, colors, shipping charges, taxes, etc.
