Customers will have the option to wait until all items are available before their package is shipped 

Instructions 

On the customer choice scripting screen, the 'Offer Ecoship' prompt will appear if the order includes reserved items. You must respond to this prompt to move forward with the checkout process. 

Details 

• By selecting ECO ship, an order will show a pending authorization, and customers will not be charged until their complete package ships  

• Eco ship dates are estimated, reserved items may arrive earlier/later than expected 

• Express Delivery may be offered 

• Advise the customer that the package will not arrive until 2-3 business days from shipment date 

• Eco Ship packages will remain inprocess until shipped 

• Open phone orders can be edited to deselect eco ship 

• Create a B/O In Process Memo to cancel the Eco Ship status 

• Provide Confirmation Number in the memo

“Mr/Mrs Customers, because you have items on reserve, would you like us to ship your entire order on  XX/XX?” 

“Good news! We now have the option to ship your items altogether once the reserved items become available.  Would you be interested in this option?
