The customer panel displays the customer’s name, address, email address, open orders, past orders, PLCCs, etc.

Instructions

Use the “New Order” button to start the order process.

Details

•       Press the “OTB” button to view the customer’s available credit on a PLCC

•       The letter “P” stands for past orders

•       The letter “O” stands for open orders

•       The customers PLCC number will be viewable
