Description 

A prompt will appear if no email is registered on file. 

Instructions 

When prompted, read the script. If the customer provides an email, key it in the email address field and click “Opt-in”. If the customer does not provide an email address, select “No Opt-out”. 

Details 

• Email address must be at least 9 characters long and must be in proper email format 

• Clicking “No Opt-Out” will prevent your customer from receiving emails 

• The system will prompt “Confirm Opt-Out” 

• Click “Opt-In” for the customer to receive emails 

• Select ALL EMAILS for the customer to receive promotion and service emails 

• Select SERVICE EMAILS for customers to receive emails regarding shipping, tracking, returns, etc.
