Description 

Customers have the option to pay for an order (completely or partially) with a gift card/reward certificate. 

Instructions 

To redeem a gift card/reward certificate 

1. Key in the number in the gift card field. 

2. Press “Validate” to show balance. 

3. Click “Add” to apply to order. 

Details 

• Gift cards require a four-digit PIN number 

• Gift cards can be redeemed in any brand 

• Reward certificates are brand specific 

• Reward certificates do not require a PIN number (RWXXXXXXX) 

• Catherine’s reward certificates do not require a PIN number (RCXXXXXX) 

• Failed/Cancelled orders with rewards should not be adjusted, only referred to Comenity Bank (Bread Financial)
