Description 

This option allows you to lookup gift card information including issuance date, PIN number, balance, etc. 

Instructions 

Access the customer’s gift card information through the customer’s panel by clicking on “View customer’s gift cards”. 

Access gift card lookup from the billing and payment screen by clicking on the same icon.
