Description 

This option is utilized to send print media upon customer request. 

Instructions 

To perform this action, select the Catalog Request icon 📅 from the customer panel. On the pop-up window, check mark only the brands the customer has requested to receive print media from. 

Details 

• Advise your customer it takes 7-10 business days to receive the print media 

• You cannot request printed media for FULLBEAUTY 

• Online registered customers can request printed media 

• We cannot request that specific catalogs be mailed out
