Research Overview

Our mission is to develops sustainable electrochemical technologies for clean energy storage and conversion. Our research lies at the intersection of electrochemical engineering, materials science, and transport phenomena, with a focus on understanding and controlling gas–liquid–ion–electron transport in porous media and electrochemical reactors. We combine electrochemical diagnostics, in situ/ex situ and operando imaging, and multiscale modeling to develop efficient and scalable electrochemical systems for decarbonization and clean energy production.
