Ordering from The Fandom Factory is simple! Whether you've found something in our catalogue or have a special request in mind, we're here to help bring your ideas to life.

All our models are made to order, with unpainted and hand-painted options available.

Explore our growing catalogue of 3D-printed statues, busts, chibi figures, props and collectibles.

Found something you like? Make a note of the model name or catalogue number.

Can't find what you're looking for? Visit our Custom Orders & Special Requests page. We may be able to source a suitable design for you.

STEP 2 — SEND US A MESSAGE

Contact The Fandom Factory through Facebook Messenger.

Simply tell us which model you're interested in, or describe your custom request. You're welcome to send reference pictures too!

Don't worry if you're unsure about sizes or finishes — we're happy to help you explore your options.

STEP 3 — CHOOSE YOUR FINISH

Depending on the model, we offer:

• Unpainted: A 3D-printed model ready for you to customise.

• Hand-Painted: A finished collectible painted by hand.

Different sizes may also be available depending on the design.

STEP 4 — RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE

We'll provide a personalised, no-obligation quote based on your chosen model, size and finish.

We'll also explain the estimated production time and any applicable delivery costs before you decide whether to proceed.

There's no pressure to order just because you've requested a quote!

STEP 5 — CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

Happy with everything?

We'll confirm your order details, the total price and payment arrangements before production begins.

As each piece is made to order, we'll let you know the expected turnaround time.

STEP 6 — WE BRING IT TO LIFE!

Your model will be 3D printed, prepared and, if requested, hand-painted.

Once completed, we'll arrange delivery or collection where available.
