Every model is prepared and packaged with care to help protect it during transportation.

Delicate or multi-part models may require additional protective packaging or separate components for safer delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, include photographs and your order details so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
