In a glass bowl, we soak the rice in hot water for a quarter of an hour, until it doubles the size of the rice grain

In a preparation bowl, add vegetable oil and roast the onions with carrots, add a spoonful of curry and turmeric

Biryani amounts,

half a teaspoon, nutmeg,
half a teaspoon, cinnamon,
half a teaspoon, black pepper, a
quarter of a teaspoon, hot red pepper,
saffron tincture, dissolved with a little water
Sauté the onions with a little oil, then add ginger, turmeric, dried coriander, cloves, cumin, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Black pepper and red hot pepper, then put chicken pieces and turn them
Add the garlic and leave them for a few minutes, then remove the chicken pieces, put the tomatoes, the tomato molasses and stir them
Add the yogurt and put the chicken back into the mixture, then reduce the heat and leave them until the chicken is tender.
In a bowl over the fire, we heat the water, put salt and cardamom grains, then add the rice and boil the rice for 5 minutes
Remove the water, take half the amount of rice and put it in a cooking pot suitable for entering the oven
Add the chicken pieces and the remaining sauce from the chicken saute, then put the remaining portion of the rice
Put the ghee on the rice, then put the saffron dye on one side of the rice
Cover the cooking pot with tin, put the lid on the pot, and put it into a pre-fired oven at 120 degrees for half an hour.
Then mix the ingredients together and the biryani is ready to be served.
