Frequently Asked Questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Familydeck → Settings → Restore purchases. This will restore any active subscription or lifetime purchase linked to your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Familydeck → Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
The app is not working properly.
Try the following:
1. Close and reopen the app
2. Restart your device
3. Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store
4. If the issue persists, contact us below
How do I reset my progress?
Go to Settings → Reset all progress. This will clear all your game progress and start fresh.
I was charged but don't have access.
Go to Settings → Restore purchases. If the issue persists, contact us and include your Apple ID email so we can help.
How do I delete my data?
All data is stored locally on your device. Use "Reset all progress" in Settings, or simply delete the app.
