Adoption from Foster Care

"Anchored in Hope is a program that allows children in the foster care system who will not return to their biological family an opportunity for a forever family. In all foster care cases, reunification is the initial goal. However, in some cases, parents cannot make the changes needed to allow them to parent their children again safely. When the courts terminate parental rights, the children remain in foster care, not knowing what their future holds. International Adoption

Each country has their own eligibility requirements, and the average time it takes is also unique. Some general eligibility requirements include:

at least one parent must be 24 years old
There should be no more than 45 years age difference between the age of the youngest adoptive parent and the child
Adoptive parents must be married a minimum of 2 years
If living in the US, at least on parent must be a US citizen
If not residing in the US, both parents must be US citizens

Embryo Adoption

Embryo adoption provides the adoptive mother the opportunity to carry and give birth to a genetically unrelated child. Embryos are donated after invitro fertilization to procedures. Nightlight Christian Adoptions is the world leader in embryo adoptions through their Snowflakes program.
