• Project-Based Engagements: For clients such as business owners, pastors, or those seeking creative branding ideas (like business names, marketing materials, or menu creation), our commission of 20-25% will be applied to the total project cost. This straightforward approach covers our comprehensive project management and the sourcing of top-tier creative talent.

• • Budget-Conscious Planning: We understand that most companies and organizations operate within specific budgets. If you have a predefined budget for your project, we can work closely with you to formulate a tailored plan or package that maximizes your investment and delivers impactful results within your financial parameters.

• Performance & Speaking Engagements (Gigs): For talent like actors, models, comedians, motivational speakers, and musicians seeking paid performance or speaking opportunities, our commission structure reflects our role in securing and managing these engagements:

• • Earned Gigs: When we help you secure a paid gig, our 20-25% commission will be applied to your gross earnings from that specific engagement.

• • Paid-to-Perform Gigs: If you are paying to speak or perform at an event (e.g., purchasing a slot, covering venue costs), our 20-25% commission will be applied to your upfront investment for that opportunity.
