Courage to change and to act as we follow Jesus: We will have the courage to follow the teachings and examples of Jesus. We will have courage to deconstruct our opinions and past beliefs if they no longer serve God. We will have courage to help those who need assistance, even if it is unpopular or looked upon with judgement.

Inclusive and Judgement Free: We will accept others without judgement, listening to their opinions and perspectives with deep curiosity, even though our views may be different. We will remember all of us are imperfect children of God. We will provide forgiveness and compassion toward others. Our church will be inclusive and open to anyone who shares the desire to fill their soul and be a part of a community of faith.

Radical Welcome and Hospitality: We will ensure anyone in the Faith UCC community feels a huge measure of hospitality, welcomeness, and acceptance, including visitors, new members and long-time members. We will reach out to others in the community to provide a safe and loving space for anyone to discover and nurture their relationship with God.

Loving: We will love as God first loved us; we are all worthy and we are enough. We will love without expecting love in return. We will love even when we disagree. We will accept everyone no matter where they are on life’s journey. There is no place for hate in our Faith community, only love.
