Carl Allen - Senior Pastor
Bro. Carl surrendered to the ministry in 1999, while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He became the pastor of Fairview in October of 2007. He graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a degree in Occupational Education in 1999. He went unto Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary to receive his Masters of Religion in 2005 and his Masters of Divinity in 2014.
He has been married to Olivia since 1993 and they have two boys (Zechariah and Jacob). Olivia also leads the Student Ministry.
Patrick Bales - Associate Pastor
Patrick has been a member of Fairview since 2012. In 2020, Patrick surrendered to full time ministry and later that year was ordained into the Gospel Ministry and became the Associate Pastor. Patrick's heart and passion for life is serving Christ and doing all that he can for the church. He has a great sense of humor and loves to teach and preach the Word. He is currently working toward a degree in Christian Counseling.
Melissa Jenkins - Children's Director
Melissa has been serving as our Children's director since 2011 and is a wonderful addition to the church staff. She has a heart fo children and the children's ministry here at Fairview.
Melissa is married to Troy Jenkins, who is a Deacon and also serves on various committees. They have one son, Zachary who also serves as the audio/visual tech for all worshp services.
Zechariah Allen - Worship Leader
Zech became the Worship Leader on November 27, 2022. He started his singing life in the 7th grade boys choir and by 8th grade, he was already invited to the Texas State High School choir, normally reserved for High School students. He is currently attending Bowie High School in Arlington and going will be attending the University of North Texas in Fall of 2023, to pursue his degree in Criminal Justice. God blessed him with a beautiful singing voice and now he fills called by God to led worship.
