Modern kitchen with gas hob, granite counters and spacious Esperanza Oak cupboards
Dining area (open plan)
Living area (open plan)
"Rim flow" balcony with stacking doors to let the garden into the loft
Spacious double bedroom - with a view of Devil's Peak from your bed!
Modern fully tiled bathroom with 1.8m extra long bath, walk in shower and large built in vanity cupboard
Walk-in dressing room
Spacious pantry/laundry/store room
The entire loft is fitted with Sylvan Col Oak flooring on Silent Lay for a soft, warm, easy to clean floor.
The loft was designed from the ground up as a 'green' apartment with solar water heating, solar powered LED lights, gas hob, slow combustion stove, and much more. The solar and battery powered lights provide light during load shedding and an inverter provides 220v power to key devices such as a computer or TV.
Another 'green' plus is access to an extensive, irrigated organic vegetable garden. You may plant your own vegetables or partake of the output of the garden which is often more than other residents can consume!
Internet: The loft is connected to the 200Mbs uncapped fibre network that serves the estate.
