OUR MISSION: The purpose of the Professional Leadership Committee is to amplify teacher voice, experience, and insights into decision-making processes. The goal is the get the Fairfield Public Schools to shift from a hierarchical organization where decisions are made at "the top" and dictated "down." And to move to a true 21st-century organizational model - flat and network - in order to work from the classroom out. To collaborate with administrations in order to solve problems and innovate - all in order to continually make meaningful, focused, and sustained progress.
