OUR MISSION: The mission of Membership Advocacy is to make sure our members are supported through enforcement of our contract. We are working for fair and equitable treatment of all staff in so far as this is possible given our various job titles and responsibilities. 

OUR GOALS

• Make sure members are aware of their rights and responsibilities under the contract 

• Advocate for membership when inequity is discovered 

• Negotiate better working conditions with administration and Central Office
