Reusable client WebAPIs

Sharing an insightful comment I got from Wendy @shukwong this morning - that successful “1st generation” webcomputing applications to genomics, such as igv.js, now see a "2nd generation” use as WebAPIs/jsSDKs in the generation of a variety of client-side representations/extensions, such as jivg.

Another example is https://episphere.github.io/plot , which cloud help figure legends with portable graphics such as bit.ly/plcopca . etc
