historical note - the development of quest was motivated by requests to go beyond the business and engineering models os existing commercial options. The interactive report of that assessment can be found at https://episphere.github.io/questionnaires - note since then surveyJS has advanced quite a bit, even if it does not support the complex logic epidemiology surveys require.
