Handcrafted walnut frames with matteing. These framed prints come as a set.
This print of The Conversion of St. Augustine (by Fra Angelico), is intentionally framed in pear wood.
The pear wood frame recalls Augustine's infamous 'stealing of the pears' from Book 2 of the Confessions (which itself represents Adam and Eve's stealing of the forbidden fruit), while the print itself depicts the mercy of God.
I'm also able to make custom solid hardwood wood frames for both prints and canvases.
