Screen printing is among the most versatile printing processes, and it can be used to print a wide variety of substrates, consisting of paper, board, plastics, vinyl, glass, metal, fabrics, and many other products.

The screen printing process consists of three components: the screen which is the image carrier, the squeegee and ink. The procedure utilizes a porous mesh securely extended and glued onto a metal frame. A stencil is produced on the screen either manually or image chemically.

Screen printing ink is applied to the substrate by positioning the screen over the material. Ink is placed onto screen and after that required through the fine mesh openings using a squeegee that is drawn across the screen, using pressure thereby requiring the ink through the open locations of the screen. Ink will travel through just in areas where the stencil is open, hence forming an image on the substrate.
