Screen printing is among the most versatile printing processes, and it can be used to print a wide range of substrates, including paper, board, plastics, vinyl, glass, metal, textiles, and lots of other products.

The screen printing process includes three elements: the screen which is the image provider, the squeegee and ink. The process uses a permeable mesh tightly extended and glued onto a metal frame. A stencil is produced on the screen either manually or photo chemically.

Screen printing ink is applied to the substrate by putting the screen over the product. Ink is positioned onto screen and after that required through the great mesh openings utilizing a squeegee that is drawn across the screen, applying pressure thereby forcing the ink through the open areas of the screen.
